Candidatul ideal


Availability to work from Monday to Friday (9AM - 6 PM).
A highly numerate and analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, intermediate for all other Microsoft Applications
Experience of Power BI or similar databases preferred.
Extensive experience of reporting methodology, principles and procedures.
The ability to spot trends, highlight risks and ‘manage up’ in order to better the operational results and therefore the business.
A passion for solving new problems.
The ability to learn, understand and utilize internal tools based on provided trainings, self-learning and documentation
Strong planning, time management and organizational skills: The ability to work to strict deadlines and under pressure.
High level of professionalism and integrity: Experience of working alongside senior stakeholders.
Good English skills, both written and verbal (at least B1).

You will be the go-to expert for analytical and reporting needs for internal and external stakeholders.
You will work closely with management to ensure that their reporting needs are satisfied as well as adhere to reporting deadlines and calendar schedules.
You will need to collect, read, analyze, interpret, and summarize data in preparation & generation of statistical and analytical reports.
You will support decision making by providing detailed insights, based on operational data outlining the risks and benefits to the business.
You will need to act decisively to solve account specific/individual issues related to data generation/analysis/interpretation.
Champion data led approach within the business and support the use of data in decision making.
You will need to be innovative and proactive, making sure you can develop the existing reports as and when the business requires and stay up to date with best practice.
You will be responsible for reporting and maintaining agent level schedules and attendance reporting
Update and revise data in SYKES tools where OMD are the point of contact in order to ensure complete and correct representation.
Contact support teams on issues related to SYKES tools where OMD is point of contact and coordinate/leads the actions until the issue is closed
Adheres to SYKES policies on ethics and integrity.
