Customs Liaison Officer

• Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or customs (preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Office and document handling
• English language fluency (Italian language is a plus)
• Positive attitude and client-oriented mindset

• Act as the main point of contact between customers and customs brokers
• Collect and verify documentation required for import/export declarations
• Communicate customer needs, shipment details, and customs requirements clearly and efficiently
• Ensure timely delivery of documents and follow up on customs clearance status
• Support clients with questions regarding customs procedures and documentation
• Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
