- Availability to work on a full time schedule, Monday - Friday, 9:00 - 22:00, in shifts
- Ability to analyze a problem and provide viable solutions

- Good general IT-Knowledge in the area of web-based applications and technologies used in that area

- Offering best level customer support or debt collection assistance for French clients via phone or e-mail
- Assist French end-clients of a local auto insurance company
- Review and interpret customer information in a variety of systems and apply that information to resolving the customer's inquiry
- Balance customer service considerations with the exercise of efficiency with respect to time and call control
