Your Main Mission:

In your role as a Customer Support Specialist, you are crucial for our success in assessing and managing potential issues and follow through to resolution. Your experience in the gaming industry and/or customer support would support our users in having a positive experience.

Your Day to Day:
  • Help our players address potential issues (via tickets) using Zendesk and/or e-mail
  • Monitor issues and prioritize users requests
  • Support ad-hoc issues related to game administration
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure proper assistance and resolution of requests
