This role is an excellent starting point within the business, giving the successful candidate the opportunity to look behind the scenes of a fast-growing Language Service Provider, and learn from a diverse group of talented individuals.
* Manage inbound calls
* Handling with day-to-day queries in agreed time
* Inputting information into a database
* Engage with clients via phone in English
* Resolve queries with empathy and efficiency
* Provide product or service information and recommendations
* Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the clients experience
* Assist clients in day-to-day queries and needs
* Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced setting
* Respond promptly to internal and external emails
* Ensure timely escalation of linguists and system issues to relevant departments
* Deliver excellent customer service by addressing linguists needs effectively
* Achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to enhance team performance
* Fulfil ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management ensuring satisfactory completion
