We are a fast growing startup looking for more people to join the team!

What we do at Visitor Analytics is to track everything you need to know about website visitors in real-time: referrals, bounce rate, click-paths, page visits and much more.
Everything is displayed in friendly & straightforward manner, but people still need to understand better what these stats mean: from bounce rate to conversions. We do have an answer for most of their questions, but we need someone to take the time and reply to all our users.

All in all, we need someone who can talk to our customers about the app and support them. Some funky replies are also ok, so no worries.

Apart from that, sometimes we need someone to check the usability, functionalities and identify any aspects that could be improved within a product. So, this will also be part of the job (mostly because it is easier to understand the customers’ challenges).

Desired skills:

  • Fluency in English
  • Driven by a desire to help people and passion for teaching technology to others (or at least be kind, nice and explain, as clear as possible, how Visitor Analytics works, so we can get 5 star reviews in the app markets)
  • Attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of all current browsers
  • Working knowledge of iOS and Android mobile platforms

Responsibilities:
  • Own customer issues through various channels, such as e-mail (for now, but maybe we will add live chat and social channels too)
  • Effectively triage and troubleshoot incoming issues to determine priorities and escalate when needed.
  • Chronicle new and useful knowledge by creating and updating internal documentation (so you make your life easier and all the others, too)
  • Report on usability, functionality and identify any aspects that could be improved within a product.
  • Execute test plans and test cases, reproduce bugs as directed.
  • Work with the team in day-to-day testing and analysis.

We track everything you need to know about your visitors in real-time: referrals, bounce rate, click-paths, page visits IPs, location and what browser, device or OS they have. All these in a more friendly & straightforward manner than Google Analytics.
