Customer Support Representative
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be supporting our customers from all over the world as a first point of contact and will be providing assistance to their issues. We will rely on you to actively listen to our customers and use your experience, passion and creativity to meet their needs.
Ensure customer satisfaction by a positive “can do” attitude
Troubleshoot, investigate and provide solutions for the customer reported issues or queries via all contact channels (mostly via email, but via phone/web meetings/live chat interactions when needed as well) in a timely and accurate way
Escalate internally to the next tier of support or other departments the sensitive cases while keeping the responsibility of it
Meet the SLA requirements and the internal procedural workflow, while demonstrating the ability to prioritize customer issues
Communicate with customers regularly regarding case progress and updates, making sure that follow-ups are done in a timely manner
Organize and implement administrative systems and procedures performing necessary support duties
A minimum of a High School diploma is required
Excellent English skills both spoken and written
Intermediate computer skills required for effective use of systems and programs
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Strong attention to detail
Empathic person with an intense desire to provide great customer service with each and every customer interaction
Experience in customer support is a big plus.
