For our site in Sibiu we are looking for some motivated new members in our dynamic team.
Requirements are:

- Advanced language skills of BOTH English and French (C1 or C2)
- Good communication skills, both spoken and written;
- Good PC skills (Microsoft Office);
- Attention to detail, responsibility for their activity;
- Flexible, motivated, organized, team player fellow;
- Availability to work in shifts and Saturday;

Nice to have:
- Technical skills/ knowledge
- Teamwork, positive attitude
- Problem solving abilities, logical thinking
- Fast adaptability, desire to learn and grow
- Strong work ethic

Your main role will consist in:
- Customer support via email/phone/ chat (in industries like internet connections, sport devices, networking tools, car parts etc.)
- Providing relevant solutions in accordance with the project’s guidelines and regulations
- Advise the customers regarding their requests and offering specific solutions/information;
- Respond to all customers’ enquiries within given timescales and efficiently meet deadlines;
