Customer Support Job, Remote/Work from anywhere
We are looking for customer-focused problem solvers to join our customer service team and help us manage reservation requests, troubleshoot guest issues, and take our guest experience to the next level. With guest requests coming in at all hours, our Customer Support Specialists must speak directly to our guests and work closely with our city teams to deliver on our brand promise and ensure the needs of our guests are met.

- 1 year of customer experience/sales/working with people background (Retail, Call Center, Tourism Industry, etc.) - is an advantage
- Ability to adapt in a rapidly growing environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Communicative - enjoy writing e-mail and chat, also speaking on the phone
- Solid computer skills & work rapidity
- English and Romanian communication skills (writing & spoken)
- Sense of humor, diplomacy
- You will be the first point of contact for all our guests mostly via e-mail, chat and sometimes via phone
- You will learn the details of our travel business, so that you can handle any questions guests might have
- You will manage the reservation process from start to finish
- You will respond to and resolve guest issues in a timely and positive manner
- You will coordinate with our city teams to resolve issues on the ground and keep the guests updatedYou'll work from the office in the training & onboarding period (1st, 2nd month), and from home, if you want, after that
