Descrierea jobului


- Servicing the sales process and documenting orders;
- Data entry in an IS (information system);
- Answering customer questions about products, delivery times, etc.;
- Preparing reports;
- Communication and coordination of activities with other departments: Sales, Logistics, Finance, Marketing.
