Asertive but ferm when collaborating with internal departments
Strong time management and problem solving skills
Ability to handle a customer complain/conflictual situation
Basic financial knowledges-invoicing, price analyze
English language – advanced level.
Medium Excel knowledge (filters, pivot, functions, conditional formatting), Power Point.
Receive and process the transport orders into the Transport Management System
Monitor all orders in progress and escalate if any problem arrise
Provide all the necessary information to our customers in regards with the placed orders
Prepare reports for our customers, get feedback from them in return
Involve in the process optimization activity
Help our customers solve their complaints with patience and positive attitude
