By joining Emerson as a Customer Service Representative, you will maintain the relation with company’s customers and process their orders. You will ensure efficient collaboration with any other department involved in managing responses that solve customer’s problems.

* Prepares and processes customer orders daily and accurately enters and modifies them into the MRP system;
* Works in close cooperation with all internal departments (sales, application engineering, logistics, purchasing and production) so as to obtain additional information related to orders, whenever necessary;
* Prepares the orders acknowledgements, weekly reports on orders and sends them to the customers;
* Informs the customer on any modification that appears in the order status an if is necessary, look for alternative solutions for the cases where the customer needs;
* Organizes the deliveries as soon as the goods are ready to ship (if there are not other constraints such as partial deliveries not accepted, the goods are waiting for inspection etc.);
* Ensures the customer receives all the relevant documentation related to orders (acknowledgements, certificates, drawings, invoices or other documents if requested);
* Uploads the critical orders placed to McKinney / Fromex on the Fromex Priority List (task applicable on IND orders only);
* Archives the documents relevant to the activity, according to the company’s policy regarding record retention;
* Manages the customer complaints;
* Actively participates in the departmental meetings; brings improvements suggestions to support meeting the company’s goals;
* Performs any task assigned by the direct manager or the senior management, in accordance with the position responsibilities and respecting the laws.

* Completed economical or technical studies and / or relevant experience;
* Experience in the field of customer relations is an advantage;
* Advanced English level (written and spoken);
* Customer oriented attitude ("customer oriented");
* Organizational, good communication and teamwork skills;
* Good knowledge PC knowledge - email, MS Office, ERP / MRP operation;
* Ability to handle difficult situations.
