We are currently recruiting amazing Native ITALIAN Customer Service Representatives for the Netflix Campaign

IF You are / You have:

Fluent in ITALIAN - written and spoken as well as excellent comprehension skills
Very good level of ENGLISH language
Able to listen, connect and solve problems of our customers (screening plans, technical issues, payment, streaming devices, content, etc)
Experience streaming on various devices (TV, phones, gaming systems, etc)
A basic understanding of computers and home networking terminology (operating systems, browsers, routers, modems, etc)
The ability to quickly adapt to change with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
The drive to be successful and contribute to the success of others
Preferably have experience with working in a customer service environment.
