The Ideal Candidate will:
• Have excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Be a good communicator and problem solver
• Be computer literate
• Have an ability to understand customer needs and respond to them
• Must be able to work on a shiftly basis: our hours of operation are Monday to Sunday, from 7am to 11pm
Working within our Customer Service Department, the main purpose of this role is to manage the growing the English speaking customer base.
You will be communicating with customers via email, online chat and telephone. In addition you will look after the VIP customers of the company’s various brands in order to maximise the revenue generated from such customers. You will also be required to attend monthly product meetings to contribute to the success of the brand.
