Ideal Candidate
The Ideal Candidate will:
  • Have excellent Chinese communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Be able to communicate in both English and Chinese
  • Be a good communicator and problem solver
  • Be computer literate
  • Have the ability to understand customer needs and respond to them
  • Must be able to work on a shiftly basis: our hours of operation are Monday to Sunday, from 7am to 11pm

  • Sa aiba abilitati de comunicare excelente, atat vorbi, cat si scris
  • Sa fie cabil sa comunice atat in limba chineza, cat si in engleza
  • Sa fie o fire comunicativa si capabil sa rezolve probleme
  • Sa aiba capacitatea de a utiliza computerul
  • Sa aiba abilitatea de a intelege nevoile clientilor si de a raspunde acestora
  • Sa aiba disponibilitatea de a lucra in schimburi: programul nostru este de luni pana duminica de la ora 07:00 la ora 23:00

此职缺隶属于客户服务部门,负责与日益渐增的中文客群接洽 。
职责主要为使用电子邮件、在线通讯,以及电话与客户联系,并服务公司旗下各品牌的 VIP 客户,以有效提升公司营收。您也必须参与每月产品会议,协助品牌的发展运作。

Job description
Working within our Customer Service Department, the main purpose of this role is to manage the growing the Chinese speaking customer base.
You will be communicating with customers via email, online chat and telephone. In addition you will look after the VIP customers of the company’s various brands in order to maximise the revenue generated from such customers. You will also be required to attend monthly product meetings to contribute to the success of the brand.
