Looking for a fantastic Customer Service guy or gal to join our team and assist our Apparel partner in New York.
Key Qualifications (must have)
- Perfect written English.
- Strong people skills and a knack for problem solving.
- Fun, optimistic, has a good laugh and at the same time very responsible.
- Ability to maintain composure and customer focus while troubleshooting and solving issues.
- Dedicated team player.
- Detail oriented and strong communication skills.
- Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent experience).
- Located in Bucharest/Ilfov.

- You naturally have empathy for other people and their problems!
- You have an aptitude for learning quickly and taking initiative, you don't need a lot of instruction.
- You have excellent time management skills and can make decisions quickly.
- Required experience: Customer Service: 1 year.
- Be it that you managed an eCommerce shop or had a people-facing position, we'd love to hear from you.
- Schedule is during EU regular business hours.
- Initial interview will take place on Google Hangouts.
Assisting our US partner by communicating with their customers using the Zendesk platform. Primarily, all the interaction is written and happening via e-mail or live chat, no voice/phones (phewww!). Perks
