MISSION
 
The Customer Service Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the sales administration department. Her/his duties include to identify and implement process improvements across the  department as well as other departments when necessary. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high level of attention to customer accounts and orders.
Offer support to respective sales staff for accounts assigned and is the main internal contact for those accounts.
 
KEY RESPONSABILITIES
 
                Coordinates the activity of the sales administration department
                Implement and oversee an efficient order flow, from customer to logistic department
                Maintains a close relationship with the sales and logistics departments
                Manage the Invoicing flow
                Review pricing and commercial discounts and reconcile different issues as necessary
                Work closely with respective sales staffs as their internal contact point for customer requirements, including special projects, and/or product changes, prices…etc
                Build and maintain a good relationship with company’s Clients and provides the necessary information, update Clients with the current status, identify Clients needs and crafting solution in order to carry out the most efficient contractual relations
                Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
                Perform Clients’ commercial contract reviews
                Creates, monitors and reports the performance metrics for the Customer Service area.
                Weekly reports on sales, invoices, deliveries and customer orders
                Aging analyze
                Credit Controller responsibilities :
                Requests credit limits for Clients
                Manage constant reviews of credit limits vs actual sales, during the campaigns
 
BACKGROUND and SKILLS REQUIEREMENTS
 
                University degree in the Economics or Business Administration
                Must have experience in a similar position of at least 3 years ideally in agribusiness
                Must have system experience - SAP.
                Good analysis and planning skills
                Attention to details, organized, responsibility and involvement
                Orientation towards finding solutions and achieving objectives
                Strong written and verbal communication skills
                Must be fluent in English
                High Computer skills
