This job is for you if you have:
Native level/fluency in Dutch or at least B2 both verbal and written;
Advanced level/fluency in English or at least B2 both verbal and written;
Proven technical skills with highest attention to detail;
Positive attitude & excited to discover new CX approaches;
Excellent Communication and customer focus (both verbal and written);
Great team spirit but the ability to also be independent;
Problem solving, investigative and multi-tasking skills.
Provide L1 customer support regarding appliances to clients via phone and e-mail
Help customers with their request in a efficient manner while having a warm approach
Respect procedures while maintaining high standards of customer care
Communicate with the team manager and colleagues to ensure a constant information flow
Have the ability to learn and show passion in your work
