Descrierea jobului

  • Manage customer demand allocation to production locations
  • Support mid-term production plan in MPS across production locations
  • Coordinate short term customer demand fulfilled across production locations
  • Coordinate availability and system processing of customer orders based on allocation plan, incl. alignment of all IT systems and servers
  • Processes customer orders on behalf of the production facilities for the selected customers
  • Monitors availability of finished goods (FG) from all locations to ensure customer demand is fulfilled
  • Initiates emergency measures in case customer demand is not fulfilled (e.g. production capacity, missing raw material, missing packaging, system issue, etc.)
  • Controls consistency of Master Production Schedule (MPS) to ensure customer demand is respected
  • Monitor stock level and initiate clarification of potential obsolete and/or excess inventory
  • Manage availability of packaging material to support allocation plan
  • Manage availability of logistics capacity (transport + storage) in the supply chain
  • Manages communication to all stakeholders, incl. customer, LEONI production locations, ADCs and other LEONI departments, incl. the project organization
  • Support implementation of logistics and IT concept for duplication production
  • Support purchasing with allocation of raw material, if this is required
  • Analyzes customer schedules against agreed contracts, incl. capacity and flexibility agreements
  • Gathers and shares information regarding customer production program
  • Coordinate cycle counting and stock take to ensure inventory accuracy in the ADC's
  • Monitors actual costs & implements actions to reach costs targets
  • Monitors value chain customer satisfaction and coordinate actions in case of deviations
  • Contributes to negotiation of logistics agreements with customers (e.g. flexibility agreement, production & material release)
  • Supports sales for VCM related recharges to customers (obsolete material, freights, services)
  • Manages customer logistics complaints, incl. applying the 8D problem solving methodology
