Candidatul ideal

Are you a customer oriented professional interested to work in a complex and dynamic business environment that is merging automotive, finance and services areas? If yes, we are happy to propose you to join our team having the role to optimize and adapt the interactions and experiences our customers have with our business throughout the entire customer journey, from first contact to becoming a happy and loyal customer.

The key skills we would like the ideal candidate to have are:

  • Deep understanding of customer experience main areas (Loyalty and Performance, Customer Intelligence, Customer Journey, CRM Solutions, Relational Marketing)
  • Strong planning and time management abilities needed to define relevant CRM campaigns for different customer relationships (B2C, B2B, KA), customer journey stages and touchpoints (from searching to EOA and renewal)
  • Know how on measuring customer satisfaction (hot and cold surveys)
  • Good knowledge of general marketing fundamentals
  • Excellent interpersonal collaboration skills
  • Creative and efficient presentation skills
  • Excellent command of MS Office 365 essential tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)

The day to day tasks are related to:

  • Ensure RCI Romania deliver an easy, seamless customer experience to all prospects/customers
  • Measure and contribute to the increase of customer satisfaction through continuous improvements on customer journey
  • Coordinate the development of the integration of financing solutions within the automotive brands with tools to support decision making (ex. online financing simulator and financing sales)
  • Ensure a consistent management of the Customer Experience Transformation Program overseeing the definition and the deployment of the workstreams related to the program within the subsidiary
  • Planning of future campaigns by harmonizing the goals with Corporate Customer Experience team and coordinating the actions with external agencies
  • Follow-up of ongoing actions and campaigns results, right content implementation and focusing also on respecting deadlines (time and budget)
  • Contribute to our company top priority projects development by assessing and anticipating the impact from CX perspective
