Customer Care Advisor
- Have good communication skills in spoken and written English&Spanish;
- Are patient, friendly and courteous at all times;
- Have a positive attitude;
- Professional telephone manner;
- Are customer orientated and have the desire to see things through to the end;
- Basic experience in MS Office, MS based applications;
- Flexible, well-motivated team player, ability to work night shifts.
- Customer service experience;
- Experience with the American culture.
The primary responsibility is to resolve all allocated tickets throughout the course of the day, which might be around an average of 25-30 cases per day, using a combination of email and telephone calls. In addition to working directly with clients to resolve their problems, all requests need to be properly recorded in our customer management tools. Simpler problems may require as little as a short verbal answer, more complex issues may require multiple phone calls, investigation of a problem, and guiding the client through a solution.
The working hours are 16:00 p.m. – 07:00 a.m., Monday to Friday, split into two shifts (16 00 – 24 00/ 23 00 – 07 00) and 19 00 p.m. – 03 00 over the Weekend.
