To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience
Advanced command of French
Ability to provide high levels of customer support at all times
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work well in a team as well as on your own
Basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systems
Key responsibilities include:
Solving client's requests via e-mail/social media
Providing solutions regarding order and delivery issues
Ensuring all communication is handled professionally and promptly
Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered
Building rapport with customers and providing exceptional service
