Key responsibilities include:
Solving client's requests via e-mail/social media in a very friendly way
Providing solutions regarding order and delivery issues
Ensuring all communication is handled professionally and promptly but with a human touch
Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered making them promoters of the brand
Building a special connection with customers and providing exceptional service

Project’s Working hours
Monday to Sunday from 11am-20pm/ 12am-21pm (rotating shifts)
