To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate the following skills and experience;
Advanced command of both languages:Spanish and Italian;
Ability to provide high levels of customer support at all times;
Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
Problem solving oriented;
Ability to work well in a team as well as on your own;
Basic IT skills, including using multiple operating systems;
Key responsibilities include:
Solving client's requests via e-mail / social media / calls / live chat;
Providing solutions regarding order and delivery issues;
Ensuring all communication is handled professionally and promptly;
Demonstrating strong product knowledge to ensure all customers queries are answered;
Building rapport with customers and providing exceptional service;

Project’s Working hours
Monday to Friday in rotating shifts: 10 AM / 11 AM to 07 PM / 08 PM
