  • Very good language skills both written and spoken in Dutch and English
  • Professional within the Web support space that incidentally involves manager in case of too complex service requests from customers
  • Has significant degrees of freedom to solve customer issues
  • Strong customer focus and customer awareness
  • Able set priorities in planning and to solve problems, has a drive for results
  • Good communicator in speech and writing
  • Able to deal with Paradox; is very flexible and adaptable when facing tough calls

Your job:

To enable customers who want to start trading via our web-platform or who want to use additional features in our web-platform by creating the customer organization in our web-platform via customer specific customization and parameter setting. This should be aligned with the agreed SLA with regards to timelines and customer communication. It needs to lead to optimized usage of our web platforms by customers and maximum customer satisfaction about the way our web services support the business processes in the customer organization.


  • Gets a clear understanding of the features and services the customer wants to use on our web-platform
  • Detects which internal issues the customer wants to improve by asking the right questions
  • Creates the customer organization in our web-platform
  • Enables the features and services the customer wants to use via the right customization and parameter setting (i.e. custom catalog, budget controls, cost center on line level, approval workflow). This includes the settings that needs to be done in the backend
  • Tests the setup of the customer organization on our web-platform to make sure the shop works 100% correct before releasing it to the customer
  • Keeps account management up-to-date on key customer interactions
  • Applies controls to make sure that assortment, assortment restrictions, and rich content are according customer’s expectations
  • Informs all involved parties (customers, account managers, e-Consultancy, IT) on relevant developments with respect to activation of customers on our web-platform, manage the interests of the parties involved to drive for results, and decide when to escalate to the next level in case of conflicts of interest
  • Works according practices and procedures that cover standard customer activation on our web-platforms
  • Reports on signalization of structural problems
  • Manages the interaction with super users in customer organizations on tactical level
