CRM Manager

• University degree
• Fluent in English. Any additional language is plus but not mandatory.
• 1+ years of CRM experience in a high transaction business such (not mandatory)
• Experience with various CRM tools (not mandatory)
• Data-driven
• Quick learner - this is not some vague requirement. You will have to absorb tons of new information and develop new skills to be successful.
• Proactive and outgoing personality - we will give you the necessary resources but ultimately you will need to step up and get the job done.

• Proposing and executing CRM campaigns
• Setting up automated CRM cycles
• A/B testing
• Building mailers, push notifications, etc
• Liaising with translation agencies
• Managing site content
• Setting up and managing promotions
• Campaign reporting & analysis
• We are liaising with the Customer Support teams gathering feedback and helping them solve the more complex cases.
