Cost Controller

• Education at university preferable
• 3-5 years in the field of controlling on construction sites

• Work estimation: to estimate the actual costs on a project mainly based on latest design information, contracted services, actual performances on site, risk analyses, additional requests by the client
• Budgeting: preparing work budgets, working with cost centers and cost accounts, follow up budgets
• Cost Controlling/Cost Monitoring: monthly actual/target cost comparisons based on the established work estimation, interpretation of the cost comparisons and follow up the financial objectives of the company
• Monitoring: actual/target performance on main site activities, actual/target material consumptions, actual/target comparison service providers and equipment
• Reporting: to prepare monthly site reports together with the project management, KPIs, earned value analysis, forecasts, prognosis
