Descrierea jobului
Manufacturing analysis and cost calculation for finished materials and subcomponents.
Making available the documents corresponding to the cost calculation.
Calculates the cost of the Stabilus products using the internal calculation platform, based on SAP data(process data, material costs, times, rates).
Defines the necessary processes and components, according to the customer needs, based on thereceived technical documentation (customer drawing, lot size, other specs).
If the data in the system is incomplete, collect information directly from the production area.
Checks the product feasability one last time before the quotation reaches the final customer, fulfilling the role of a gatekeeper.
Pre-calculation (support for sales department - quotations to customers).
Cost comparison and cost breakdown.
Calculation of economic efficiency for new investments, process changes and new components.
Cost analysis.
Cost reduction suggestions and follow up on the projects based on them.
Supports the controlling department for rates evaluation.
Supports other departments with clarifications on production cost related topics.
Follow the global standards for cost calculation, using the agreed tools and methods.
