Our requirements
Education: University Degree in Law
Experience: Min 2 years’ experience in the road or railroad construction field
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge in FIDIC contracts is a must
Excellent English language skills
Computer proficiency (minimum MS Office)
Strong communication skills (both writing and oral)
Strong analytical skills and attention to details
Problem solving mindset
Determination, enjoying challenging tasks and carrying them through effectively and on time

Your tasks

• Manages the implementation of the contract between PORR România and Client throughout the Project duration, ensuring compliance with contract management standards and contractual terms and conditions in the execution of the contract;
• Serves as advisor to Project Manager and Project team on all contract matters;
• Assist project manager in risk management and identification and preparation of claims;
• Coordinates and prepares standard monthly submittals, such as progress reports, applications for payment, invoices to Client;
• Drafts, reviews and coordinates submittals to local authorities and third parties;
• Participates in meetings with Client and Engineer on project status, progress, cost and schedule, providing contractual input.
