Candidatul Ideal

We are looking for a Continuous Improvement Analyst within Teleperformance (Bucharest or Brasov, hybrid, 1-2 days/week work from office.

JOB SUMMARY

Design, develop & implement end-to-end projects to enhance operational efficiency, safeguard the company’s set goals, and contribute to the overall businesssuccess. Review the set processes and liaise with various internal stakeholders to identify improvement opportunities. Monitor KPIs and support internal stakeholders/clients through change management efforts to guide and equip them in adopting to all process improvements and to create a sustainable continuous improvement culture.

Education and Specific Training
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is a plus
  • MBA or equivalent Degree preferred
  • English C1 or above CEFR proficiency level
  • Bachelor’s degree
Work Experience
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience applying Lean Management System is a plus
Required Skills/Abilities:
  • Proficiency in computer operating systems (Windows, iOS, Chrome OS, Android).
  • Experience with productivity tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent.
  • Effective communication, facilitation, and feedback skills.
  • Strong focus on detail, logical reasoning, and problem-solving.
  • Leadership skills including mentoring and counseling.
  • Knowledge of Lean 6σ principles, process analysis, and optimization techniques.

Descrierea jobului

Key responsibilities for the role include:
  • Participation in Continuous Improvement or Transformation sessions to understand needs, requirements & processes.
  • Implement Value Stream Mapping to identify business issues through process documentation.
  • Identify waste, errors, deviation, inflexibility, bottlenecks, scrap to maximize TTE (Total Team Effectiveness)
  • Implement problem solving methodology and root-cause analysis (Kaizen), in order to support value-based decision making.
  • Transformation initiatives/proposals: Design improved end-to-end customer journeys to ensure exceptional customer experience.
  • Create and implement solutions (5S, SOP, WI, Just in Time etc.) for all stakeholders that ensure process optimization, business success and continuity.
  • Implement Operational Management: intraduct day starts weekly meetings, cross functional meetings and KPI cascade strategy (translate mission and vision into team and individual KPIs).
  • Develop metrics (Quality / Cost / Delivery / People) to measure the impact of continuous improvement activities.
  • Coordinate solution implementation: create project plan and timelines, track project’s progress and inform stakeholders.
  • Share best practices and knowledge on Lean concepts/tools and provide updated training material for Lean management system & Agile methodology.
  • Be positive and proactive and have a desire for applying continuous improvement processes.
  • Attend recurrent trainings published by the Client/Company on a regular basis
  • Adhere to laws, regulations, company policies, procedures, internal and external Standards.
