Candidatul Ideal

Candidatul nostru ideal trebuie sa intruneasca urmatoarele:
1. Sa ai experienta relevanta intr-un post similar minimum 5 ani, iar experienta in acelasi domeniu de activitate ca si al companiei noastre prezinta avantaj.
2. Sa ai o diploma universitara in Contabilitate/Finante si cunostinte temeinice in domeniul Financiar - Contabil.
3. Cunoasterea programului de contabilitate WinMentor prezinta avantaj.
4. De asemenea, este un avantaj daca esti membru CECCAR si/sau ai calificarile ACA, ACCA, CFA.
5. Trebuie sa detii cunostinte, aptitudini (rapiditate) operare PC (pachet MS Office, internet).
6. Trebuie sa fii o persoana analitica, organizata, cu capacitate de gestionare eficienta a timpului si a prioritatilor.
7. Sa fii o persoana pozitiva, echilibrata, responsabila, integra, serioasa, atenta la detalii.
8. Sa ai bune abilitati de comunicare si lucru in echipa, dornica de formare si dezvoltare profesionala.
9. De asemenea, trebuie sa vorbesti fluent limba engleza.
10. Permisul de conducere reprezinta un plus.

Our ideal candidate must meet the following:
1. To have relevant experience in a similar position for at least 5 years, and the experience in the same field of activity as that of our company it is an advantage.
2. To have a university degree in Accounting / Finance and thorough knowledge in the Financial - Accounting field.
3. Knowing the WinMentor accounting program it is an advantage.
4. It is also an advantage if you are a CECCAR member and / or have ACA, ACCA, CFA qualifications.
5. You must have knowledge, skills (speed) PC operation (MS Office package, internet).
6. You must be an analytical, organized person, with the ability to efficiently manage time and priorities.
7. To be a positive, balanced, responsible, honest, serious person, attentive to details.
8. To have good communication skills and teamwork, eager for training and professional development.
9. You must also be fluent in English.
10. The driving license is a plus.

Descrierea jobului

Ca si atributii care le vei avea, enumeram:
- gestionarea unui portofoliu de societati;
- introducerea documentelor contabile lunare pentru societatile din portofoliu;
- efectuarea inchiderilor de luna si de an, cu respectarea termenelor si verificarea documentelor de inventariere anuala a patrimoniului;
- verificarea si/sau efectuarea inchiderii conturilor de venituri, cheltuieli si TVA, notele contabile aferente imobilizarilor, reglarea, dupa caz, a balantelor de verificare lunare;
- verificarea si/sau stabilirea impozitelor de plata;
- verificarea/intocmirea declaratiilor fiscale obligatorii;
- acordarea de asistenta in probleme contabile diverse;
- realizarea de analize economice-financiare sau alte rapoarte, destinate managementului companiei;
- asigurarea controlului operatiunilor patrimoniale la nivel de firma, procedeele de prelucrare utilizate si exactitatea datelor contabile furnizate;
- coordonarea si verificarea unei echipe de contabili (junior si seniori), intocmirea de rapoarte specifice departamentului, etc.



Among the attributions that you will have, we list:
- managing a portfolio of companies;
- introduction of monthly accounting documents for the companies in the portfolio;
- making month and year closures, respecting the deadlines and verifying the annual inventory documents of the patrimony;
- checking and / or closing the income, expenses and VAT accounts, the accounting notes related to the fixed assets, adjusting, as the case may be, the monthly checking balances;
- checking and / or establishing the payment taxes;
- verification / preparation of mandatory tax returns;
- providing assistance in various accounting issues;
- performing economic-financial analyzes or other reports, at the company's management request;
- ensuring the control of the patrimonial operations at company level, the processing procedures used and the accuracy of the accounting data provided;
- coordination and verification of a team of accountants (junior and senior), preparation of department-specific reports, etc.

DN AGRAR este un grup de firme ce activeaza in principiu in cresterea bovinelor de lapte si agricultura, insa desfasoara si activitati conexe de consultanta, management, transport, servicii, turism. Sediul central se gaseste in Alba-Iulia, Grupul avand si alte puncte de lucru (in judetul Alba, Sibiu, Hunedoara).

"Scopul nostru principal este acela de a bucura consumatorii cu lapte de cea mai inalta calitate. In Grupul nostru activeaza, in prezent, peste 200 de angajati. Vrem sa sustinem in continuare piata muncii din Romania, mai specific in Transilvania. Pentru a incununa cresterea constanta si stabila obtinuta pana in prezent, Grupul DN AGRAR are in plan, ca la mijlocul lunii septembrie 2021, sa iasa public pe piata de capital, mai precis actiunile Grupului sa fie listate la Bursa de Valori Bucuresti.
