  • MS Office and AutoCAD knowledge.

Role Overview
The Construction Assistant Manager maintains and manages all important documents for a Construction Project and assures that it is easily accessible and stored. Is necessary also to provide support to Construction Project Team and help them with operational and different tasks.
Working under supervision of Project Manager, our new colleague must be involved on each task so that he / she can get to know the company’s construction activity in the best possible way.

  • Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence;
  • Makes sure that the documents and drawings are circulated between the Project Team, designers, subcontractors and suppliers, in accordance with the approved schedule;
  • Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution;
  • Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project;
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments;
  • Take accurate minutes of meetings;
  • Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms;
  • Coordinate office procedures, resolve administrative problems;
  • Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc;
  • Greet and assist visitors to the office;
  • Business trips / Temporary relocation may be required;
