Confectioner Cablaje Auto (Wiring Harness Technician)

As a Wiring Harness Technician you will join wiring harness team.

You will be trained to manufacture complex electrical wiring harnesses or composite systems to the highest possible standards for a variety of motorsport applications including Formula 1, Indy Car, MotoGP, WRC, NASCAR, Sports Cars to name but a few.

Full training will be provided in the following areas:

Interpretation of complex electrical circuit drawings
Manufacture of wiring assemblies
Soldering
Use of various specialist hand tools e.g., heat guns, crimp tools, electrical testers
ESD (Electrostatic discharge) precautions and best practice
Health & safety requirements.

Essential skills required :

You will have a keen eye for detail
Excellent practical manual dexterity skills
Most importantly you will have a passion for practical hands on work
Attention to detail/Accuracy

Job Role & Responsibilities:

-Experience and solid understanding of manufacturing wiring harnesses to the highest industry standards.
-Experience of working with circuit drawings will be an advantage
-Attention to detail
-Ideal candidates needs to be fluent in English.
-A responsible and ‘can-do’ approach to work.

The sucessful candidates will be given full training to accommodate them with System 25, to be able to work on their own initiative and from electrical drawings/layouts to assemble complex wiring looms to a very high standard suitable for various Motorsport applications.
