We are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Manager to join our HR team, responsible for designing and managing the implementation of compensation and benefits programs across Romania, Greece, Serbia, and Bulgaria. This includes monitoring retail salary structures, leading the Annual Salary Review process, and reviewing benefits administration and related procedures.
Key Qualifications:
- Previous work experience in Compensation & Benefits (at least 3 years), ideally in retail industry;
- Hands-on experience with HRIS;
- People management experience;
- Influencing skills, people person who can build relationships across the business, at all levels;
- Analytical, organized, and thrive on working in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Leading the annual individual compensation review process, including salary reviews & variable schemes
- Managing payroll compensation changes and ensuring accuracy throughout the year, in collaboration with the Payroll Specialist
- Manage budgets for compensation and benefits programs
- Payroll budget preparation
- KPIs follow-up, Annual & monthly reports & any ad-hoc reports
- Conduct cost analysis to evaluate the financial impact of proposed changes and ensure cost-effectiveness
- Ensure service level agreement between Sephora & service providers is set and regularly reviewed including allHR services standards
- Create & structure the HR policies to provide a framework that is aligned with internal and external regulations, within which consistent decisions can be made and through which employees are treated in a fair and equitable manner.
