  • Expert in Excel and TRUE HR; SAP is an advantage
  • English is mandatory, German is a plus

Responsible for monthly payroll calculations
  • Coordinate and collect of all required inputs to payroll
  • Ensure the pay elements have been processed accurately and timely in compliance with policies and regulations
  • Manage payroll related issues
  • Define and manage benefits, base pay and variable pay
  • Work time and attendance administration
  • Support to ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, policies and guidelines and have the ability to conduct fair and impartial investigations
  • HR Consulting - act as a contact point between employee and the Company; analyze and improve HR processes
