We are looking for a Commercial Assistant to add value to our growth activities.
Commercial Assistant main responsibilities:
  • Ensuring the interface between the employees of the Commercial Department and other departments of the company, as well as with customers, suppliers and distributors;
  • Develops and proposes for approval information with additional orders or on their lack in order to quickly find solutions;
  • Invoices are generated by the company’s internal management system;
  • Supports the invoicing part and goods deliveries;
  • Act to acquire new customers and manage well established client relationship
  • Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management
  • Will manage orders to contracted producers and downstream to customers
  • Will follow up with financial department the payments (payables and receivables on sold goods and services).
  • Will manage the stocks, forecasts to optimize flow
  • Expert level in electronic system for public acquisitions, will prepare in collaboration with finance department all documents for tenders (public and private ones).
