KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive customer calls and assist with all the needed information in order to solve the
requests

Communicate to the client the decision to compensate and if necessary to execute
payments

Responding to requests from external and internal clients through email within the agreed
SLA in a professional, courteous manner;

Collaborating in ad hoc projects;

Working across departments to resolve provider related service issues, owning and
managing issues to closure;

Provide support to the department on other activities when required.

Responsible for providing support to the Allianz customers and offering the best solutions
regarding their insurance claims

PROFILE KEY REQUIREMENTS

Dutch languages knowledge C1 level, both written and verbal –mandatory;

English languages knowledge C1 level, both written and verbal –mandatory;

1-2 years working experience

Outstanding analytical skills;

High personal responsibility, enthusiasm and dynamism

Problem-solving Champion & solution driven;

MS Office full-time friend;

Enthusiastic, egger to learn ,with the ability to connect well with the people

Agile in complex situations;

Proactive attitude and team spirit.
