- Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP system management and digital project management , with experience in Charisma ERP or similar ERP systems.
- Practical experience working within Charisma ERP, including operational tasks, troubleshooting, and optimizing its functionalities for finance and operations.
- Strong knowledge of business operations, financial processes, and how ERP systems can streamline workflows.
- Experience with the configuration and optimization of ERP systems, including integrating new modules, features, or customizations.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments to drive digital and operational improvements.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for financial institutions and operational processes within an IFN.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a versatile Charisma ERP Specialist & Digital Project Manager to lead two key areas of responsibility:
Key Responsibilities:
Charisma ERP Specialist (Operational & Optimization Role):
- Manage daily operations within Charisma ERP, including processing financial transactions, handling client data, and updating records to ensure smooth system functioning.
- Optimize and configure Charisma ERP to support key business processes such as loan management, payments, customer accounts, and reporting.
- Implement new system features, integrations, and customizations to align the ERP system with evolving business requirements.
- Troubleshoot any operational issues within Charisma ERP, resolving them promptly to avoid disruptions to business processes.
- Work closely with the IT department to ensure Charisma ERP integrates seamlessly with other systems and tools used by the company.
- Provide ongoing training and support to internal teams on effective ERP usage and functionality.
Digital Project Management:
- Lead and manage digital transformation initiatives to enhance operational processes and improve business efficiency.
- Coordinate and execute digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement digital solutions that optimize workflows, improve customer experience, and drive business growth.
- Oversee the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance internal systems and support business operations.
- Monitor and adjust digital project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful execution.
- Collaborate with various departments (finance, IT, customer service) to ensure alignment in the implementation of Charisma ERP and digital transformation initiatives.
- Offer strategic insights on how Charisma ERP and digital tools can improve operational efficiency, service delivery, and financial reporting.
- Guide teams on best practices for using Charisma ERP effectively and ensure the system is used consistently across departments.
