- Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in personnel development, L&D, organisational development, talent management
- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with focus on Excel & PPT
- Good organisational and planning skills

- Moderation and presentation skills
- Good communication skills – both verbal & written
- Efficient and structured way of working
- Creativity and innovative thinking.
Things to know before departure:
- Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
- Working hours: full-time (40h); 27 vacation days
- Employment contract: Unlimited
- Line of work: Consulting
- Language skills: Fluency in written and spoken German (C1) & English (B2)
- Flexibility & willingness to travel
- Other: a valid work permit.

- Tracking feedback and monitoring the evaluation process, creating candidates and granting access to the system, and sending results to authorized persons
- Facilitating coaching sessions for the selected candidates and providing relevant data to the Learning & Development department
- Supporting the planning of various internal calibration rounds for promotions and talent potentials, communication plans
- Communicating in writing with different stakeholders, including coaches, candidates, high potentials, supervisors
- Designing and implementing on ONE page
- Tracking & collecting of confirmations
- Supporting the preparation of PowerPoint presentations for meetings
- Designing and optimizing evaluation instruments (content, scaling)
- Designing and describing the content of internal roles within the career model
- Supporting and creating communication plans
- Involving in projects for identifying new process potentials
