- Reliable, self-confident and highly responsible person,
- Sales oriented person
- Experience in coordinating teams and people
- 6 months call center experience is needed
- Well organized
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal relating skills
-at least medium knowledge of English; other foreign language would be a plus

Descrierea jobului

- Coordinator and responsible of call center activity and results;
- Supervise and coordinate the implementation of the company\'s projects;
- Set up working procedures together with the project manager and general manager, according to the company\'s policy
- Provide accurate weekly and monthly reports and statistics;
- Offering training to agents
