BUYER

1. Issue Purchase Orders for consumable materials providing to the Supplier all the necessary information (technical details, quantity, timing, costs, documents, references for the delivery).
2. Analyses, maintains and develops the database with suppliers, identifies new suppliers;
3. Analyses the evolution of the stock by product categories;
4. Efficient analysis and management of stocks;
5. Permanently check the stocks and try to capitalize them;
6. Prospects the market for advantageous offers;
7. Negotiates with suppliers the commercial conditions (purchase prices / payment terms / promotions) and concludes contracts with suppliers;
8. Corresponds with suppliers, negotiates prices and delivery conditions, follows delivery terms;
9. Draws up and follows the supply orders;
10. Ensures the rhythmicity of the supply;
11. Prepares and analyses offer requests;
12. Completes the validation process for goods
