Education:
University graduate, technical university study is a plus.

Languages:
Romanian language – Fluent
English language – Intermediary level

The Business Systems Analyst will manage the day to day support and evolution of existing applications, participate in projects for the development of new applications and processes to ensure an optimal and sustainable Information systems and services delivery which meets or exceeds business expectations in all aspects of businesses lines, considering:

Customer service excellence
Application management
Project and portfolio management
Governance processes

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):
Manage applications on a day to day basis to ensure the availability and the effectiveness of the IS applications in the domain are meeting or exceeding the needs of the business as expressed through SLAs and governance principles.
Effective functional user support in the domain based on internal SLA and KPIs.
Provide and permanently develop knowledge of business process and applications for his/her domain and ensure applications documentation and users ownership. Pass this knowledge inside the team.
Identify opportunities for applications’ evolutions based on his/her analysis of existing applications efficiency and/or propose applications’ optimization actions to meet business needs and IS/IT standards. Being committed to bring to life these opportunities.
Participate in projects/lead projects (including complex cross departments and cross domains) as decided in the Master Plan for the domain to a successful conclusion.
Contributing to the development of information systems corporate standards.
Assist in managing internal and external suppliers and other resources.
Educate the business the value generated by Information systems while highlighting limitations when applicable
Initiate, lead and participate on cross departments and cross domains work.
Ensure operational management of projects’ or support dedicated resources.
Execute activities as required to ensure that the domain complies with existing laws, regulations, IS Governance Processes, and Internal Controls.
Initiate and ensure technical watch, inform other IS/IT personnel about news of interest and create forums and opportunities for sharing.
