We are looking for an active and versatile colleague, to provide support for the company's daily activity, willing to work in the start-up world. The person will need to be based in Bucharest and will need to be fluent in both Romanian and English.
What we are looking for:
- Pleasant and professional acting
- Enthusiasm and willingness to experiment
- Computer literacy (essential), proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
The role will comprise a varied mix of responsibilities:
- General office management stuff
- Communication support: prepare reports, communicate with our business partners regarding their marketing campaigns in the program and with our Czech & Slovak branches
- Preparation of invoicing files and marketing materials
- Translate presentations and documents to Romanian
