We are a fast-growing start-up with an expanding network, providing continually new products & services. As such, the Business Support Officer role will develop and change over time as we improve what we’re currently doing and move into new areas of operation.
We are looking for someone who is VERY energetic and versatile, a self-starter keen to work in the start-up world (we have to stress this is very different to a structured, mature corporate).
You will need to be flexible and hands on as we scale. On the other hand, we hope we will learn lots from you – you will help improve and supercharge our team and project!

We envisage that your responsabilities will include the following:

Communication support: prepare presentations, generate reports and other documents (some of them on request), respond to internal and external clients’ requests.
Administrative and transactional tasks solver - deal promptly, proactively and professionally with all actions, requests, correspondence, e-mails, phone calls etc.
This is a client facing role. Provide support and participate in the customer meetings/events.

Professional & Personal Profile

Excellent business communication skills - both in Romanian and English - for client facing day-to-day interaction and business meetings/events;
2 years of operational and administrative support experience;
1-2 years of client facing roles (direct sales experience is a plus);
Computer literacy (essential), proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Solid knowledge of customer service principles and practice;
Basic knowledge of contractual and financial terms;
Flexibility, adaptability, digital mindset;
Can do attitude, an eye for detail;
Assuming responsability: know your job, do it, and do it well;
Proactive and collaborative approach;
Eagerness to drive countinuous improvement;
Tech savvy with curiosity and passion for the ever changing digital world.
