Role: Ensures the coordination of Sales effort for the following Sales dimensions:

  • Growing our B2B2C sales capabilities;
  • setting up the processes to enhance the collaboration between tide agents and Corporate clients when it comes to our B2B products (P3 and group life);
  • Developing new sales channels and/ or initiatives aimed at specific target groups;
  • Sales and management processes and activities;
  • Sales and management tools, roles & responsibilities;
  • Compensation principles and structure;
  • Sales communication strategy and actions, non-financial recognition component;
  • KPIs monitoring & reporting;
  • Recruitment and selection, training, development;
  • Sales force roll-out plan.
Responsibilities:

Where the above change initiatives are organized as company-wide projects and programs she/he is the default Sales representative for the respective projects programs and performs the following tasks:
  • Works with the relevant departments inside Sales to define the needs for each dimension;
  • Presents the Sales needs and ensures that all relevant Sales dimensions are taken into account;
  • Works with the relevant departments inside Sales to define the content for each dimension where Sales is responsible; provides content input on all dimensions, as needed;
  • Works closely with the Sales Management to ensure implementation at sales force level with a hands-on approach; communicates directly with the sales force;
  • Ensures that all project/program deliverables are incorporated in line business across all relevant Sales departments;
  • Co-owns the business results of the above initiatives together with the Sales Management function.
Where the above change initiatives are organized as line initiatives, she/he performs the following tasks:
  • Works closely with the CSO, Sales Management and Sales Development Manager to define the scope and objectives of the department/line initiatives;
  • Coordinates the design and implementation across all Sales dimensions;
  • Draws-up and manages the budget required to design and implement the above change initiatives;
  • Identifies the need for and secures external resources required to successfully design and implement the above change initiatives;
  • Works closely with the Sales Management to ensure implementation at sales force level with a hands-on approach; communicates directly with the sales force;
  • Ensures day-to-day performance and/or coordination of certain activities as needed for the success of the above change initiatives;
  • Tracks the KPI's of the respective initiatives following implementation and proposes changes/measures to improve the business impact;
  • Co-owns the business results of the above initiatives together with the Sales Management function.
Requirements:

University degree, preferably Masters Degree.

Relevant expertise:
  • Experience working and coordinating projects/ squads is a plus
  • Insurance products and processes knowledge
  • Change management knowledge is a plus

Special knowledge:
  • PC knowledge – advanced ( Microsoft Office- Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
  • Quantitative analysis
  • English language – advanced

Communication/Interactions skills:

Internal – communication; training in agencies
External – communication with service providers
