- At least 5 years of experience gained in B2B sales, with medium and large production companies
- Be proactive to anticipate customer needs, project opportunities, and potential problems
- Experience in project management is a must (the sales process is very similar at this company to project management: leading thе partner from when thе first demand arises until thе delivery of thе packaging solution. During this process it is thе Business Developer’s responsibility to coordinate thе different participants’ activities.)
- Strong technical interest and skills (e.g.: reading of technical drawings, raw material knowledge….)
- Confident use of MS Office, in particular Excel
- advanced English language skills
- Driving license B is a mustMeans advantage in thе selection:
- Higher education (packaging technologist or graduation at any other technical faculty)
- Knowledge of packaging solutions
- Knowledge of packaging raw materials
