- At least 5 years of experience gained in B2B sales, with medium and large production companies
- Be proactive to anticipate customer needs, project opportunities, and potential problems
- Confident use of MS Office
- Advanced English language skills
- Driving license B is a must
- Higher education (packaging technologist)
- Work experiences in project management
- Knowledge of packaging solutions
The tasks of our new colleague will include acquiring new deals as well as the exploration of the further needs of our already existing customers. The sales representative will be supported by our designer group and the professional management of our manufacturing plant in the process of developing packaging solutions.
At our company the sales contracts are the results of observing deeply and in details the needs of the customer, which should be an interesting challenge for the ideal candidate. This means that we close the process of sales after talking with different colleagues and leaders of several departments at our existing and prospective partners. We offer you:
