The After-Sales market is a crucial one for most car manufacturers, and Renault is no exception. The Renault Group is trying new ways to extend its Accessories market by attracting new partners and promoting new products.

The role of the Business Developer is to recruit new partners that will sell their own Accessories using Renault developed tools and channels.

The future colleague holds an universitary degree in commerce and a first experience in business development, ideally in e-commerce or in Marketplace, is autonomous and endowed with a good relationship, showing a strong ability to adapt.

You have also:

Deal-making mentality
Adaptability to various Business environments
Experience in overseas automotive Business will be a plus
Ability to negotiate in English or in other foreign language

And you like working in a team and in project mode.

Your mission is to be responsible for the identification, recruitment and support of merchants for our Marketplace.

You will be the main interlocutor of sellers and in charge to develop their loyalty and ensure their development.
You will conduct a daily competitive watch on the entire market Marketplace and identify sellers with high potential.
You will work closely with the Marketing and Business Animation departments within the company to develop business dynamics and maximize the potential of your partner portfolio.

Other activities:

  • Understand critical business issues in the markets where the marketplace is positioned
  • Identification, prospection and recruitment of new 3rd partners in France and Europe / Eurasia Regions
  • Development of an approach of support and loyalty to the strategic partners recruited
  • Definition of communication and incentive actions for prospects and strategic partners of the Marketplace
  • Management of the integration of merchants (sending contracts, signing reminders, etc.)
  • Validation of the feasibility of the technical integration (catalog / information system, supply chain);
  • Explanation to the merchants on how to integrate Market Place and "plug" their catalog;
  • Provide a detailed report of commercial activity, analyze the results and the monitoring of the objectives
