Live Budget Control Officer is responsible for supporting the preparation and controlling of company’s budget expenditures and the administration of the budget and billing of our business unit.

Assisting in formulating, analyzing, verifying and consolidating the draft of the yearly budget forecast.
Approve transactions and use of funds.
Conducting financial analysis on a monthly, quarterly, yearly basis.
Monitoring the approved budget on a continuous basis and preparing of relevant financial reports for management and for corporate finance.
Preparing budget forecast and ensuring its consistency with planned recruitment, procurement, and operational decisions.
Providing corporate financial approvals for planned expenditure.
Controlling funds availability under the different units and preparing detailed expenditure and budget statements with an appropriate financial analysis for unit managers.
Ensuring that all expenditures are recorded in line with financial rules and regulations of the organization and approved budget structure is applied in a correct and consistent manner.
Drafting correspondence and responding to queries on budget related issues as required, as well as preparing replies to corporate’s finance units.
Providing P&L models and Capex plans for new studios.
Supporting new studios in planning and allocation of budget; Intermediating between managers and corporate finance in order to make sure systems, tools and budget are ready for launch.

Supporting position holders assisting them with complying with corporate and administrative procedures and processes, as well as providing them with updates and necessary clarifications.
Reporting of charges to Playtech billing and monitoring customers’ billing, making sure all relevant charges are billed


Proven work experience as a Budget Officer – can be considered as an advantage
Hands-on experience with budget
Knowledge of MS Excel (specifically, advanced formulas, pivot tables and charts)
Familiarity with forecasting methods and data analysis
Excellent numeracy skills with an attention to detail
Strong analytical skills
Knowledge of reading and analyzing financial report – advantage
Ability to explain budgeting and financial information in plain term
Excellent interpersonal skills
