Candidatul Ideal
We are looking for a new, energetic colleague to join our enthusiastic pladis Romania team:
- Relevant experience in brand management / Marketing, previous experience in FMCG is highly appreciated ;
- Excellent project management skills (involved in NPDs process, packaging design, advertising and promotions, brand strategy & marketing Ps);
- Strong analytical abilities paired with a creative mindset;
- Problem-solving skills, willing to support with ideas and actions that lead to expansion and growth;
- Ability to set priorities, respecting the deadlines;
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written;
- Advanced user in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power point;
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or commerce.

- You will work with some of the industry’s most iconic Biscuits & Chocolate brands: Biskrem, McVitie’s Digestives, Ulker, Godiva Belgium Chocolate;
- You will manages and monitor the marketing budget ATL & BTL for the assigned brands
- You will plan and implement the right marketing initiatives to achieve the short and long-term brand / organizational goals;
- Designs brand communication strategies along with the Marketing manager and Trade marketing Coordinator, and uses the right media to communicate (ATL & BTL);
- Leads the New product development processes and works with cross-functional teams to propel the company towards its mission;
- Analyzes information from market research studies and cascades the information to sales teams and other relevant departments, proposing action plans accordingly;
- Works closely with the agencies in order to implement the marketing plans.
